Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept the following payment methods:

Credit / Debit card payment - payments can be made securely through the web site (see notes on security below), or you may opt to 'Send details separately' - we will gladly accept your card details by phone, fax or post.

PayPal - Select PayPal as a payment option when ordering then remit the total amount payable to our dedicated email address : paypal@stitchdirect.co.uk .

Our prices are in UK Pounds, with a conversion to the Euro in brackets -
PLEASE NOTE this is only for rough guidance only and due to variations in exchange rates may vary from the amount debited. There is also a facility at the checkout to perform a currency conversion into other currencies. Our Prices are inclusive of VAT, if you are ordering from outside of the UK and EEC, then this will be deducted from your order as you progress through the checkout stage.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta, and Solo cards. Please note that Visa Electron cards are unsuitable for internet transactions and are not accepted by our system (Please use Paypal if you wish to pay with this type of card). Payments are not taken until the goods are shipped.

Our web site utilises the latest secure on-line credit card authorisation service. However you may send your credit card information via phone, fax or post if you prefer.

Shipping And Handling

We charge postage based on the size and weight of your order. This is at charged to you at the cost we have to pay. You will be notified of your actual postage charge as you proceed through the checkout area. You are not committing to any purchase until you enter your payment details. (UK and EEC prices are inclusive of VAT)

Purchases within the UK

If you select the Next Working Day Courier Service you will be notified the day we despatch your item that it is on its way to you. If you think you may not be in on the day of delivery - then please email us with your order number and any special delivery instructions i.e - leave with neighbour. Wherever possible items will be despatched the working day you place your order, however if the item is not in stock at that time, this will not be possible, and an email will be sent advising you that it is out of stock and if we have an approximate delivery date.
